Our client, a leading automotive group, is seeking a skilled Pre-Delivery Operations Manager to join their team in Townsville, Queensland. This pivotal role focuses on overseeing all pre-delivery processes to ensure vehicles are prepared to the highest standards before reaching the customer.

As the Pre-Delivery Operations Manager, you will lead and coordinate the pre-delivery team, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. You will play a crucial role in managing workflow, quality control, and effective communication between departments to meet customer delivery expectations and support business objectives.

Key responsibilities include:
Leading and managing the pre-delivery team to maintain high standards of vehicle preparation.
Developing and implementing productive processes for vehicle inspection, cleaning, and readiness.
Training department staff to ensure dealership standards achieved
Collaborating with sales, service,



parts & accessory suppliers to ensure smooth handover and outstanding customer experiences.
Control inventory, vehicle scheduling through the PDI process
Monitoring key performance indicators and reporting on operational effectiveness.
Driving compliance with safety and quality policies within the pre-delivery area.
