Transparent pathway to PM

The Role
Prepare, administer and manage subcontractor agreements
Process progress claims, invoices and project-related financial documentation
Manage variations and communicate contractual changes to clients and internal teams
Liaise with subcontractors, suppliers and project stakeholders regarding requirements and progress

The Criteria
Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline, or equivalent industry experience
3 plus years’ experience as a CA in commercial construction
Local Adelaide experience and a solid subcontractor network highly beneficial
Experience using Cheops software essential
