An exciting prospect is available for an experienced HRIS Data Analyst to join a major enterprise HR transformation program. Working within a high performing project team, you will take ownership of data migration, data transformation, integrations and reporting activities as a recent core HR system is implemented while the existing payroll platform is retained.

This is a hands on role suited to someone who enjoys working with complex data, engaging with stakeholders and driving high quality data outcomes across a large scale implementation.

Key responsibilities
Coordinate and manage multiple data migration loads from the legacy TechnologyOne HR/Payroll system to the new HR platform.
Cleanse, transform and prepare HR data for migration in partnership with business stakeholders
Support ETL activities and ensure data is structured for successful system implementation
Manage data transformation activities and ensure compliance with organisational data governance standards
Work with enterprise data teams to support reporting and data assurance requirements




Support the design and specification of data for system integrations
Define the HR data required to integrate with the existing payroll platform
Assist with the replication of HR reporting into the enterprise reporting environment
Collaborate closely with business stakeholders, technical teams and the implementation partner

About you
Demonstrated experience delivering data migration activities on HRIS or enterprise system implementations
Solid experience with HR data, data quality, transformation and governance
Experience supporting system integrations and enterprise reporting
Advanced Excel skills and experience using tools such as Power BI, Visual Studio or similar
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify, cleanse and validate complex datasets
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Able to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative project workplace
