Woods & Co Recruitment have partnered with a leading Energy Consultancy looking for a driven C&I; Lead Generator to join a high-performing sales team, identifying and qualifying prospects for experienced Energy Consultants.

As a C&I; Lead Generator, you'll be responsible for engaging medium to large Australian businesses, introducing our energy solutions, and booking qualified appointments for our Commercial & Industrial consultants.

What you’ll do:
Prospecting and cold calling commercial businesses
Identifying key decision makers and business owners
Booking appointments for the C&I; sales team
Following leads and nurturing prospective clients
Work closely with the sales team to maximise conversion opportunities

What we’re looking for:
Hungry, ambitious and motivated to build a long term sales career




Self starter who takes ownership of their results and development
Comfortable making high volume outbound calls
Resilience
Confidence, personable and someone who can build rapport quickly
Someone who thrives in a rapid paced, high energy sales environemnt
