Social Futures is recruiting a Participant Engagement Consultant to join our Inclusive Employment team in Cowra on a full time, fixed-term basis. The role focuses on supporting participants on their employment journey, delivering person-centred support through work preparation and job placement.
You will work with participants who face barriers to employment, using robust interpersonal and organisational skills to help them navigate pathways to sustainable work.
