Colonial First State (CFS) is seeking an experienced legal qualified to join its Legal division on a full time basis. The role focuses on corporate and commercial matters affecting the superannuation and investments business, with emphasis on contract drafting, regulatory compliance and strategic governance.

You will provide timely, plain-English legal advice to management and boards, contribute to governance functions, and manage risk and regulatory compliance projects.
