With an exciting range of Ford vehicles including the Ranger, Everest, Mustang and Transit, we're looking for an experienced New Vehicle Sales Consultant to join our high-performing team.

About the Role

As a Recent Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will deliver an outstanding customer experience while guiding customers through every stage of the vehicle purchasing journey.

Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the complete sales process from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery.
Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of showroom, online and phone enquiries.
Conducting vehicle presentations and test drives.
Negotiating sales professionally while delivering exceptional customer service.
Working closely with our Business Manager and Aftermarket Consultant to provide customers with complete vehicle ownership solutions.
Maintaining accurate customer records and consistent follow-up.




Achieving individual sales targets and contributing to dealership success.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:
Previous experience in automotive sales, preferably within a franchised dealership.
A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
A motivated, self-driven and professional approach.
Availability to work weekends.
