The Role

We’re seeking experienced and passionate Chefs to join our regional NSWteam. Work across busy kitchen operations preparing high-volume, nutritious meals for a variety of venues.
Solid experience in a busy pub/tavern kitchen
Confident with pub classics and contemporary bistro-style menus
Assist with prep, stock rotation, and kitchen cleanliness
Prepare and cook menu items to a consistent, high standard
Be fit and able to work long shifts with lifting and moving.

Requirements
Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent qualification.
Minimum3 years’ experienceworking as a Chef in a busy commercial kitchen.
Strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and time-management skills.




Passion for creating high-quality food and memorable dining experiences.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Food Safety certification.
Flexibility to travel for work. Shifts include evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
You will be required to obtain a National Police Check, should you not have one dated within the last 6 months.

Desirable
Experience with up-to-date Australian cuisine, steaks, burgers, seafood, and grill.
Understanding of dietary requirements, allergies, and special dietary requests.
Experience with menu costing and stock management.
Australian work rights or eligibility to work in Australia.
