Workbench International is seeking an Inside Sales Representative in Melbourne CBD with hybrid work. You will own full-cycle sales of the Workbench Light product, from qualification to close, handling inbound leads and some outbound. You will triage leads and route Enterprise-fit prospects.

The role offers $80K–$90K base plus OTE to $120K–$130K, real closing authority from day one, and an chance to build GTM function in a PE-backed startup.
