Project Manager | Luxury Developer-Builder | $250,000 - $300,000

A premium Sydney developer-builder is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join its growing team.

Reporting directly to the Director of Construction, you'll lead the delivery of luxury apartment developments from design and pre-construction through to completion, supported by a fully resourced project team.

The initial project is a premium 30-apartment development on Sydney's Upper North Shore, with additional projects already secured and moving through the pipeline.

Lead luxury Class 2 apartment developments from pre-construction through to handover
Manage design coordination, procurement and project delivery
Work closely with internal development, design and construction teams

About you
Proven experience delivering Class 2 residential developments as a Project Manager
Robust design coordination and pre-construction experience
Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills
Developer-builder experience highly regarded
