Cafe Highroad is a busy and well-established café located in Dickson. We pride ourselves on delivering quality food, strong team culture, and a positive working environment. We are looking for a dedicated chef who enjoys working in a supportive and friendly kitchen.

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and cook menu items to a high standard
Maintain consistency, quality, and presentation
Assist with kitchen operations and daily prep
Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met
Work efficiently during busy service periods
Collaborate with the team to maintain a positive work environment

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef
Solid work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
Good communication and teamwork skills
Availability to work weekends

Working Conditions
5 days per week (including weekends)
38–42 hours per week

Salary & Benefits




$70,000 – $90,000 per year (depending on experience)
Annual leave + Superannuation provided
