What You'll Do
Lead daily retail and food operations while supporting a positive, high-performing team culture




Deliver exceptional customer experiences by coaching, engaging and leading your team from the front
Maintain high standards of food safety, cleanliness, presentation and operational compliance
Manage changing priorities, support stock control and keep day-to-day operations running smoothly
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve operational goals and continuously improve performance

About You
Previous leadership or supervisory experience within hospitality, retail, food & beverage or a similar rapid-paced environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate, support and develop others
Confident making decisions, solving problems and remaining organised under pressureAvailability to work versatile rosters across Monday to Sunday, with a current Driver's Licence
Strong computer skills, a proactive attitude and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences
