About the Role

In this role, you will be the first point of contact for clients, providing support, handling enquiries, and assisting with insurance-related requests.

Key Responsibilities
Manage inbound customer enquiries and leads
Prepare and provide insurance quotes
Assist with policy changes and amendments
Respond to customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Conduct follow-ups with clients
Follow up on outstanding payments

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:




Experience in customer service or call center environments (preferred)
Strong communication and telephone skills
Good computer skills and attention to detail
A positive, can-do attitude
A willingness to learn and grow within the industry
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
