Our Store Manager delivers on our mission to create inspiration and nurture cooking at home through genuine, knowledgeable customer service, engagement with their community and an incredible retail experience for every customer.

They take ownership in maintaining quality standards across all aspects of store operations including stock management, visual merchandising, store presentation, daily admin tasks and achieving their weekly store budgets.

They are effective leaders, they maintain our positive workplace culture through proactive engagement, development and empowerment of our people with real skill in delivering feedback, driving performance and engaging their team to hit their targets and celebrate wins.
