About the Role

Are you passionate about the great outdoors and delivering exceptional customer service? Motackle & Outdoors is looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Camping & Outdoors Retail Attendant to join our team in Coffs Harbour.

As a full-time member of our retail team, you’ll play a key role in delivering an outstanding in-store experience, helping customers find the right gear to make the most of their outdoor adventures.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Providing friendly, personalised customer service
Demonstrating and explaining the features and benefits of our camping, spearfishing, and watersports products
Maintaining a clean, organised, and visually appealing store
Assisting with stock replenishment and inventory management
Working as part of a supportive team to ensure overall customer satisfaction

What We’re Looking For:
A genuine passion for the outdoors and helping customers




Strong communication and customer service skills
Product knowledge, or the ability to quickly learn about camping, fishing, and outdoor equipmen
Attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail workplace
A positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow
person availble weekday and weekend work (9am–5pm)
