The Role

You will be responsible for managing a mixed-use portfolio of residential and commercial schemes, with a focus on well-maintained, relatively low-maintenance complexes.

Your responsibilities will include managing your own strata portfolio,



building and maintaining strong relationships with owners, tenants and key stakeholders, arranging quotations, repairs and maintenance, running AGMs and other meetings, completing periodic inspections, managing day-to-day portfolio matters and ensuring compliance requirements are met.

You will also work closely with an Assistant and dedicated administration support team.

About You

We would love to hear from experienced Strata Managers as well as solid Assistant Strata Managers ready to take the next step into managing their own portfolio.

You will ideally have previous experience within strata management, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships, a sound understanding of relevant strata legislation and compliance requirements, excellent organisation and time management skills and a proactive, professional approach.
