Take over a client portfolio with live roles and a clients mapped out for you to hit the ground running.

This is the perfect role for someone passionate about recent business development and working in a fast-paced environment. How your day will look: Build on relationships with Randstad's established clients & source current business opportunities.

High level of sales & business development. Connect with industrial professionals helping them find a new job opportunity. Achieve individual revenue targets and KPIs.

What we are looking for in you:

We are looking for a solid sales skilled (gym sales, call centre, retail management) or an experienced recruiter to join our team! To be successful in this role you must be self motivated, outcome focused and self confident. You will be strategic minded, have exceptional communication skills and be a resilient person who thrives on challenges.

You will be driven in business development and building strong relationships with your clients and candidates.
