This casual position (around 3 days per week) supports the marketing team in delivering day‑to‑day activities across digital, social, and offline channels. You’ll help coordinate campaigns, events, and marketing materials, assist with content creation for platforms like WeChat and Xiaohongshu, and contribute research that informs marketing strategy. The role also involves maintaining marketing assets and databases, plus providing general administrative support to keep projects running smoothly. It’s a hands‑on chance suited to someone organised, creative, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced setting within the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels.
Support the organisation of exhibitions, dealer events, and sponsorship activations, including logistics coordination and material preparation.
Coordinate the production of marketing assets such as brochures, banners, merchandise, and product displays.
Plan, schedule, and assist in content creation for social media platforms, especially WeChat,



and Xiaohongshu — ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and key marketing priorities.
Conduct research on industry trends and competitor activities to inform content planning and campaign strategies.
Maintain marketing databases, photo/video libraries, and content management systems.
Provide administrative support, including invoice processing, purchase order management, and marketing fund coordination.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (in marketing, energy, or similar fields) or above, preferably with prior working experience in marketing related role, in photovoltaic and energy storage industries.
Proficiency in Canva, Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Creative Suite.
Strong marketing and branding background with excellent communication skills, paying outstanding attention to detail.
Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing, rapid-paced working environment.
Logical thinking and creativity in work methods.
Strong English writing skills, proficiency in Mandarin is preferable.
