About the Role

As the first point of contact for our patients, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the clinic.

Key responsibilities include:
Greeting and assisting patients in a professional and caring manner
Managing appointments and telephone enquiries
Processing patient registrations and updating records
Handling Medicare claims, billing and EFTPOS transactions




Maintaining accurate patient records and confidentiality
Supporting doctors, nurses and the wider practice team
General reception and administrative duties

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous reception, administration or customer service experience
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Solid organisational skills and attention to detail
The ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
A positive, professional and team-focused attitude
Strong computer skills
Previous medical reception experience and knowledge of Best Practice software will be highly regarded but is not essential
