The Role

We are seeking a driven, commercially astute Mid-level to Senior-level Contract Administrator with exceptional negotiation skills and a genuine passion for construction.

In this role, you will enjoy the autonomy to manage your workflow while collaborating closely with the Company Directors and designated Project Managers on a daily basis. You will be a focused negotiator, taking full ownership of the financial administration and subcontract packages for diverse Commercial, Residential, or Industrial Recent Build projects valued over $5M AUD.
