About the Role:

As our Compliance Officer, you'll be the expert ensuring our operations meet legal and regulatory standards. You’ll oversee our compliance programs, manage NHVAS and WAHVA accreditation, handle oversize freight permits, and streamline administrative processes that keep our business moving forward.

What You’ll Do:
Maintain NHVAS and WAHVA accreditation and oversee audit processes.
Handle oversize freight permit applications through NHVR/WA portals.
Manage compliance monitoring tools including log checkers and gear box monitoring.
Conduct training sessions and monthly toolbox talks to educate and empower our teams.
Lead incident investigations and develop effective corrective actions.
Collaborate closely with internal teams to enhance compliance practices.




Generate insightful performance reports and recommendations for management.

About You:
Detail-oriented with exceptional organisational skills.
Strong communicator who easily translates regulations into practical steps.
Problem-solver with proactive decision-making capabilities.
Experience in transport compliance, particularly NHVAS, NHVR, and WAHVA (highly advantageous).
Integrity-focused, adaptable, and driven by continuous improvement.
