Mars Orthodontics is a contemporary boutique specialist orthodontic practice at Southpoint, South Brisbane, 1 minute from South Bank train station and 3 minutes from the busway. We're a small, close-knit team with a fully digital workflow: iTero 3D scanning, in-house 3D printing and digital imaging.

The role. Permanent part-time, Wednesdays 9am to 5pm and Thursdays 9am to 7pm (our late evening), around 16 hours a week, with additional shifts regularly offered by agreement and genuine room for your hours to grow. This is a cross-trained position for an experienced DA who is just as confident at the front of house:

Chairside assisting across orthodontic treatments with our doctors

iTero scanning, intraoral photos and records

Sterilisation and infection control to protocol

Running the front desk on your rostered days: phones, online enquiries, booking,



payments and end-of-day reconciliation in Ortho2 Edge

Stepping chairside as cover when our Senior Dental Assistant is away, so both sides of the practice stay strong

About you

Certificate III in Dental Assisting, or at least 12 months' chairside experience, essential

Orthodontic experience highly regarded

Warm and unflappable with kids, teens and parents

Reliable on Wednesdays and Thursdays year-round, including Thursday evenings
