Your Role
As Centre Director, you'll be the heartbeat of the service—leading with clarity, compassion, and purpose. You'll:
Manage day-to-day operations with a focus on compliance and excellence

To succeed, you'll need:
A Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA approved)
Proven leadership experience in a childcare or early learning setting
Solid knowledge of the NQS and EYLF frameworks
A current Working with Children Check and First Aid certification
