The Role

You will work closely with senior designers and project stakeholders to produce creative, practical, and commercially viable design outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
Design Support: Assist in developing concept design schemes and preparing visual presentations, 3D renders using Coohom, and detailed IFC design documentation.
Interior Design Packages: Prepare comprehensive ID packages including finishes selections, lighting concepts, joinery details, and fixtures and fittings.
Furniture Schedules & FF&E;: Develop detailed schedules and specify materials suitable for high-traffic hospitality environments.
Documentation & Technical Drawings: Produce and update plans, elevations, and detail drawings using software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp.
Project Coordination: Support delivery by tracking design decisions, assisting with site visits, and communicating with internal teams, suppliers, and contractors.

About You
You are a creative thinker with a practical mindset and robust communication skills.



You have the ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Degree or diploma in Interior Design or a related field.
3+ years of experience.
Robust proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Coohom or similar 3D software.
Strong understanding of FF&E; specification and furniture scheduling.
Experience working on hospitality projects such as pubs, clubs, or restaurants.
Knowledge of Australian standard design codes, regulations, and accessibility standards.
Experience with Revit or BIM workflows.

Base $90,000 to $120,000 + Super depending on experience
