This is a hands-on role where you'll work closely with management, customers, suppliers and technicians to keep the business running smoothly. What You'll Be Doing
Managing incoming calls and emails
General administration and office coordination
Processing orders, invoices and documentation
Customer and supplier communication
Data entry and record management
Coordinating schedules and day-to-day office activities




Supporting management with operational tasks
Maintaining office supplies and administration systems

What We're Looking For
Previous experience in administration, office coordination or customer service
Solid organisational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication skills
High attention to detail
Robust Microsoft Office skills
A positive attitude and willingness to get involved

Bonus Points For
Trades, HVAC or service industry experience
Experience with scheduling or service coordination
Exposure to purchase orders, invoicing or accounts administration
