About the role:

RIVAL GYM is preparing for fast growth and as a result, we are looking for a full-time or flexible part time Membership Sales Advisor to join our experienced membership sales team!

The applicant will have an attractive base, as well as the opportunity to earn commission every month!

Requirements:
Preferred: 1+ years' experience in membership sales or any sales-related position (not retail sales)
Strong background in direct sales




Strong phone skills essential - Cold calling experience desired
Daily appointment setting
Confident, outgoing personality that connects easily with people
A result-driven mindset that will achieve targets and personal KPI’s
Proven success in working to achieve targets
Strong communication skills
Positive understanding of the benefits of fitness
Working with Children Check
