Payne Print & Sign is Mackay’s longest-running print shop, proudly family-owned and operated. Over the years, we’ve expanded into signage manufacturing, helping businesses locally and interstate with their printing and signage needs.

About the Role

We’re looking for a full time Production Team Member to join our crew. No prior experience? That’s fine! We’ll teach you everything you need to know. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys hands-on work, learning new skills, and being part of a supportive team.

Willingness to learn new skills and equipment
Someone who enjoys practical, hands-on work




Ability to work well in a busy team setting

It’s a Bonus (but not required) if you have:
Experience with machinery, tools, or workshop/production work
Previous experience in printing or manufacturing
Flexibility to work the occasional overtime shift
