We are looking for a reliable and experienced Cafe All-Rounder/Supervisor to join our team at Eling Forest Cafe in the Southern Highlands. This role is especially significant to us — we need someone who can confidently run the cafe and supervise the team when the owner is not present.

Key Responsibilities:
Day-to-day management of the cafe, including opening and closing
Leading and supervising a small team to deliver excellent customer service
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene
Managing stock, controlling costs, and minimising waste
Basic equipment maintenance

What We’re Looking For:
Previous cafe or hospitality experience, ideally in a supervisory or leadership role
Barista skills are highly regarded (training can be provided if needed)
Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently
Solid communication and leadership skills




RSA certificate (or willingness to obtain one)
Available on weekends and public holidays
Full Australian working rights
Local Southern Highlands resident preferred
