Key Responsibilities
Deliver construction works in line with safety, quality, program and cost requirements
Lead engineering delivery across multiple project scopes
Provide accurate planning, forecasting and reporting
Interface with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams
Ensure compliance with project specifications, Council and TfNSW standards and quality systems
Identify and implement value engineering and technical solutions
Mentor and support junior engineers and site staff

About You




Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Project Engineer or Senior Project Engineer on civil infrastructure projects
Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
Solid knowledge of construction standards, Council and TfNSW specifications, and QA systems
Experience delivering projects for local councils and/or Transport for NSW (TfNSW) highly desired
Robust organisational, communication and problem-solving skills
Confident working independently and leading elements of project delivery
Flexibility to work day and/or night shifts as required
Proven ability to manage priorities in a energetic, fast-paced environment
A proactive mindset and team-oriented leadership style
