An exciting prospect exists for a commercially minded Strategy Business Partner to work closely with the Executive Leadership Team, translating corporate strategy into actionable business initiatives that drive performance, growth and long-term success.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with executives and business leaders to develop strategic plans and long-term roadmaps.
Prepare business cases, board papers, presentations and executive recommendations.
Analyse business performance, market trends and data to identify growth opportunities and improve profitability.
Develop KPI reporting, dashboards and performance insights to support strategic decision-making.
Drive cross-functional collaboration and alignment across Finance, People, Product and Technology.

About You
Experience in Strategy, Corporate Development, Commercial Finance, FP&A; or Management Consulting.




Solid commercial acumen with advanced analytical and financial modelling skills.
Proven ability to develop business cases and present insights to senior stakeholders.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence without direct authority.
Experience working in a complex, highly regulated or corporate environment will be highly regarded.
