Key Responsibilities
Monitor and ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of the Accounts/Finance Department; identify and resolve operational issues.
Coordinate and manage audits, GST filings, and compliance with local requirements to maintain regulatory adherence
Prepare concise financial reports and provide strategic recommendations to headquarters for informed decision-making
Review and verify documentation for payments to vendors/suppliers; perform ad-hoc audits to ensure accuracy and integrity of accounts.




Review the integrity and accuracy of monthly accounts.
Monitor and manage company cash flow.
Prepare and present monthly financial reports to management, including:
Balance Sheet
Accounts Receivable Ageing
Accounts Payable Ageing
Bank Balances
Perform management accounting tasks, including budget monitoring, preparing projected financial statements, and other ad-hoc reports as required.
Liaise with external authorities, bankers, auditors and regulatory bodies on financial matters.

Requirements
Degree in Accounting or Finance, or ACCA/CPA qualification
Minimum 5 years of experience in financial management roles
Robust knowledge of Australia Tax and Audit laws, GST regulations
Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP
Ability to work independently, demonstrate resourcefulness, and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
