Registered & Licensed Clubs Supervisor -Casino RSM Group

The Casino RSM Group is seeking a reliable and experienced Supervisor to join our team.

This hands-on role is ideal for someone with a solid background in clubs, hospitality, gaming, or licensed venues who enjoys leading by example and supporting staff to deliver outstanding customer service.

As a supervisor, you will work closely with management and frontline staff to ensure smooth daily operations, excellent service standards, and compliance with club policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise staff during daily operations and busy trading periods
Provide support and guidance to team members across club departments
Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained
Handle customer enquiries and minor complaints professionally
Assist with opening and closing procedures
Promote a safe,



clean and welcoming environment for members and guests

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:
Previous experience in a registered club, hotel, hospitality or licensed venue
Demonstrated experience leading or supervising staff
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
A positive, qualified and team-focused attitude
The ability to remain calm and organised in a busy workplace
Current NSW RSA
Current NSW ARCG
Availability to work a rotating roster, including nights and weekends
