Our client

A growing Aussie NDIS provider with a solid local presence. They are seeking a robust Finance Manager to take ownership of their finance team, as their 1st in charge. This role is managing a small team.

The role

Reporting into the GM, this is an excellent, broad role for a Finance Manager / Financial Controller who suits a SME setting.
Responsible for the month end process of all entities including: month end journals posting, accounts classifications, credit card and expenses reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliations as well as investigate and resolve any anomalies
Prepare monthly management pack, including sales, variance analysis and commentary
Prepare all monthly, quarterly and annually taxes, including GST, FBT, Income Tax and Transfer Pricing




Support and manage the budgeting and 24‑month rolling forecasting process
Prepare Cashflow reporting
Drive the team in preparation of an accurate audit including consolidation of financial statements
Leading Finance team through company transformation
Support continuous business processes and systems improvement
Implement internal controls policies and procedures and ensure adherence to accounting standards and best practice guidelines
Manage a small finance team and establish a proactive and diligent culture

About you
Qualified accountant (CPA/CA)
Experienced Finance Manager - with experience across reporting, GL maintenance, and financial planning
Is an exceptional communicator and has a natural flair in influencing stakeholders at all levels with strong interpersonal skills
