This chance is ideal for an experienced Infrastructure Engineer looking to focus on end-to-end technical project delivery. The role is primarily project-based, involving the design, implementation, and delivery of modern infrastructure solutions, alongside providing high-level technical support for complex escalations. You'll work within a specialist team supporting organisations across the mining and heavy industry sectors, with a hybrid working model and regular customer site visits across South East Queensland.

Responsibilities
Design and deliver Microsoft 365 and Azure infrastructure projects
Deploy and support Windows Server, VMware and Hyper V environments
Implement routing,



switching, wireless, VPN and firewall solutions
Deliver infrastructure refreshes, cloud migrations and technology modernisation projects
Produce high quality technical documentation, solution designs and project handovers
Mentor engineers through peer reviews and technical guidance
Contribute to automation initiatives and the adoption of AI driven technologies across project delivery

Skills/Must Have
Previous MSP experience delivering infrastructure projects
Microsoft 365, Entra ID and Azure
Windows Server and virtualisation technologies
Strong networking experience across routing, switching, wireless and firewalls
Excellent customer facing communication and documentation skills
Experience with automation, scripting or AI technologies is highly desirable
