Foundations Care is seeking a dedicated Youth Worker to join our teams in Toowoomba, Upper Lockyer and Gatton. You will support young people in residential houses, ensuring safety, welfare and wellbeing while guiding daily routines and community engagement.

You will work with a team of Youth Workers to coach, mentor and model healthy life skills, helping young people achieve their goals and develop independence in a supportive, family-like setting.
