About the Role

Due to continued growth, Mader Group is currently seeking S26 Supervisors for an ASAP start date to join our Fixed Plant Shuts and Projects team. The role involves leading an experienced crew on fixed plant equipment, including crushers, conveyors, pumps and gearboxes, on an ad-hoc shutdown basis with potential rostered project works. This role is open to Leading Hands looking to step up to supervisor level.

Responsibilities

Lead a crew of workers, manage maintenance and breakdown interventions on fixed plant equipment, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, plan and execute shutdown operations, and oversee troubleshooting and diagnostic activities.

Qualifications
Experience leading a team within a mining environment
Trade Certificate – Mechanical Fitter or Boilermaker
Section 26
Driver's Licence
National Police Check within 3‑6 months or willingness to obtain one




Hold current Working at Heights and Confined Space tickets
Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
Solid commitment towards safety and quality
