An exceptional prospect exists for an experienced Head of Maintenance to oversee maintenance operations, capital works, contractor performance and asset planning for a private residence in Toorak. You will ensure the property is proactively maintained, compliant and presented to exceptional standards.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement preventative maintenance programmes
Oversee maintenance activities, refurbishments and capital works
Manage contractors, suppliers, budgets and project delivery
Ensure compliance with building, safety and regulatory requirements
Implement maintenance systems, reporting and governance
Partner with household leadership, consultants and senior stakeholders

About You
Experience in high-end residential property, facilities management, construction or estate management
Strong project, contractor and budget management capability
Knowledge of building regulations,



compliance requirements and by-laws
Highly organised, professional and solutions-focused, with exceptional attention to detail
A confident communicator who can build trusted stakeholder relationships
