About the Role

As a Retail Manager, you will lead the launch of our client's first physical store in NSW, creating an exceptional in‑store experience that reflects the brand's dedication to customer service. You will drive sales, manage visual merchandising,



and foster a customer‑first culture while mentoring and developing your team. This role offers significant career growth, including the opportunity to oversee further Sydney retail stores as their store networks expand.
Lead and inspire the store team to deliver outstanding customer experiences
Create visually appealing, product‑focused displays to drive sales
Manage store operations, including sales optimisation and expense control
Develop and mentor a high‑performing team
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience both online and in‑store

Skills & Experience
3+ years of retail management experience
Robust background in visual merchandising, particularly in home living products
Extensive experience with inventory management
Proven leadership skills in recruiting, building and developing retail teams
Excellent customer service with a customer‑first mindset
Strong organisational skills and commitment to sustainability
