The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Legal Assistant to join the Toxic Torts team in our Brisbane office, supporting Mark Victorson. As a Legal Assistant, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Answering phone calls and assisting with client enquiries
Opening and closing files
Preparing legal documents
Diary management
Dictaphone typing
Billing
Mail merging documents and formatting
File management
Data entry
Who We Are Looking For
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year’s experience as a Legal Assistant in a litigation practice.
You will have excellent communication and diary management skills, with a client service focus, the ability to prioritise tasks, display initiative, have positive attention to detail and a proven history of meeting deadlines. The core office hours are.
