About the Role

Estia Health South Morang has exciting opportunities for experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurses (EEN's) to join our team on a casual basis. You will be a comfort to our residents and play a key role in delivering high‑quality, person‑centred care.

Responsibilities
Provide clinical care to our residents
Create comprehensive, individual assessments and care plans for recent and existing residents
Ensure timely and accurate documentation including AN‑ACC and Commonwealth Standards
Provide leadership and supervision to Personal Care Workers and promote a holistic team approach to the delivery of resident care

Qualifications
Empathy and prior experience working in an aged care home
A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives
Ability to build and develop rapport with residents, their families, and visitors
A nursing Diploma and current AHPRA registration




Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
