Purpose

Flaminia is seeking skilled and passionate Trade Waiters to join the team. Located on the iconic harbour, Circular Quay, Flaminia delivers a curated tour of Italian port cities using exceptional Australian produce while guests enjoy harbourside views.

This is a full-time chance for hospitality professionals who thrive in a high-end, service-driven environment. A minimum of 3 years experience is required, fine dining experience preferred.

Contract Type: Permanent Full Time

Salary: $80,000 to $85,000 plus superannuation

Primary Responsibilities
Greet and seat guests, present menus, and offer knowledgeable recommendations on food and wine pairings
Take accurate food and beverage orders and relay them to the kitchen and bar
Serve dishes and drinks with care, maintaining fine-dining standards at all times
Open and pour wines, mix basic drinks,



and assist in the cellar where needed
Clear and reset tables efficiently, maintaining a clean and organised dining area. Handle payments using POS systems and ensure a smooth end-to-end guest experience.
Assist management with leadership and driving team performance.
Assist with the onboarding and training of new employees.
Lead by example.

Skills and Experience
Certificate III in Hospitality or other equivalent qualification
Minimum 3 years experience in a similar waitstaff role, in a fine-dining environment
Strong knowledge of food, wine, and Italian cuisine
Polished communication and interpersonal skills
High attention to detail, solid work ethic, and team-oriented mindset
RSA certificate and full Australian working rights
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holiday
