Overview

Location: Fully onsite at Gumtree Facility (Beresfield, NSW)

Pay Range: up to $55,000 base per year + incentive

Visa: permanent work rights with no restrictions is needed

Summary of the Job

The role of the Re-manufacturing Operator will be required to support the safe and compliant processing of post-use medical devices.

This hands-on role involves operating equipment, following strict procedures, and ensuring that remanufactured products meet quality and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate will be comfortable working in a regulated, cleanroom setting and committed to supporting a sustainable healthcare model.

Entry-level candidates are welcome. Full training will be provided.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Perform manual and automated tasks involved in cleaning, assembly, reassembly, and testing of medical devices.
Operate equipment following clear work instructions and on-the-job training.
Follow safety, hygiene, and PPE requirements.
Complete basic production records as instructed.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Escalate issues to supervisors when required.
Participate in training and team activities.





Education/Training and/or Experience
High school certificate or equivalent
Manufacturing or production related experience at any industry
Ability to follow instructions and work with attention to detail
Basic computer skills (training will be provided)
Solid commitment to safety, quality, and teamwork

Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Certifications/Licenses
Willingness to learn and work in a regulated manufacturing setting (training will be provided).
Ability to follow safety requirements and workplace procedures.
Basic understanding of handling products carefully and responsibly.
Willingness to participate in safety and EHS-related activities as part of the role.
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Previous experience in manufacturing, medical devices, or safety-related roles is an advantage, but not required.
