We built this practice on the belief that outstanding clinical outcomes come from clinicians who feel genuinely supported, not squeezed by billing targets. That's still true today.

What you’ll get:
$89,000 salary package, inclusive of superannuation
No KPIs and no billable hour targets — unlike a lot of clinics, we don't measure clinicians against billing quotas
A structured graduate program, mentored one on one by a senior speech pathologist with 15+ years' experience
$1,000 per year career development budget, yours to use how you like
A caseload that ramps up progressively — you won't be thrown in the deep end

What we’re looking for:
A completed (or nearly completed) degree in Speech Pathology, eligible for Speech Pathology Australia (SPA) membership
Genuine passion for helping clients and families achieve meaningful communication outcomes
A team-first, curious attitude — happy to ask questions and keep learning
Current Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
