Are you a commercially minded HR Business Partner who thrives in fast-paced, evolving environments? We're partnering with a respected organisation seeking an experienced Senior HR Business Partner to join their People & Culture team on a 6-month contract.

This is an opportunity to work closely with senior leaders, providing strategic and operational HR support while contributing to key people initiatives and organisational change.

THE ROLE

In this role, you will partner closely with senior leaders to provide strategic and operational HR advice across a broad range of people matters. In addition, you'll support remuneration and performance review processes, interpret and apply employment legislation, industrial instruments and HR policies, and contribute to key People & Culture projects focused on continuous improvement.





THE CRITERIA

You are an experienced HR Business Partner with a proactive, solutions‑focused approach and the ability to build credibility with stakeholders at all levels.

This contract offers the prospect to join a team-oriented and high‑performing People & Culture team, working closely with senior leadership to deliver meaningful people outcomes. An immediate or short‑notice start is preferred, and adaptable hybrid working arrangements are available.
