Prosperity Residential in Melbourne is seeking a seasoned qualified to close recent home sales and lead a small sales team. The role also involves sourcing land and prelim siting of homes from our designs, plus promoting our Stocklist as a BDM to channel partners.

You will work with a Melbourne-based team and a Queensland office, with shopping-centre stands monthly; evenings occasionally required to meet clients. Solid presentation and independent work ethic are essential.
