Senior Business Transformation Lead - Leading business-side, process improvement - Fed Govt!

One of Australia’s leading Federal Government agencies is looking to engage an experienced Senior Business Transformation Lead to support a major national transformation program. This is an excellent prospect to lead business-side transformation, operational readiness and process improvement activities across a complex multi-stream setting. The successful Senior Business Transformation Lead will be offered an initial 12 month contract with a 12 month extension option , based in Barton, ACT with hybrid arrangements considered on a case-by-case basis.

The successful Senior Business Transformation Lead will be responsible for, but not limited to:
Leading business-side requirements definition, operational design and process improvement activities
Translating operational policy into business rules, decision frameworks, process maps and implementation artefacts
Facilitating workshops with SMEs, operational leaders, ICT teams and delivery partners
Supporting business readiness, UAT planning,



transition activities and post go-live stabilisation

The successful Senior Business Transformation Lead will have experience in the following:
Demonstrated experience leading business-side transformation initiatives in complex operational environments
Robust experience in policy-to-operations translation, business requirements definition and business readiness
Proven ability to design operating models and end-to-end processes, including as-is/to-be process mapping
Experience delivering readiness assessments, implementation sequencing, transition planning and hypercare support
