MiClub is Australia’s leading club and golf management software provider, supporting over 1,000 clubs and courses nationwide. We’re expanding our MiMembership team and seeking a motivated, detail-focused Customer Support Officer to join our VIC, Moorabbin team.

MiMembership is our industry-leading membership management system, designed to make club administrators’ lives easier by helping them efficiently manage member accounts, payments, communications, and integrations with other club systems, including MiClub Golf, Accounting Software and Point of Sale.

In this front-line role, you’ll be the first point of contact for clubs using MiMembership — providing friendly, accurate, and qualified support to ensure a smooth experience for our clients.

Key responsibilities:
Provide front-line customer support via phone and email
Troubleshoot and resolve membership and account queries
Log and track support cases with attention to detail




Collaborate with internal teams to identify and test solutions
Maintain explicit documentation and follow-up communication

About you:
Robust written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Confident using and learning current technology
Experience in customer service, admin, or IT support preferred
A proactive, positive, and team-oriented attitude
Knowledge or experience with General Ledger or Accounting systems would be an advantage
