Key Responsibilities
Complete New Hire Orientation and a comprehensive training program covering products, customers and company culture.
Support customers remotely via phone, email, web channels or on‑site to help them maximize value from their PI System.
Teach customers to use the software, deliver public classes, and serve as an internal instructor or job trainer.
Communicate frequently with customers to understand how they use the software and collaborate with AVEVA departments to improve the customer experience.
Develop a solid foundation in the PI System, related software and industry technologies to grow technical expertise.

Essential Requirements
Self‑motivated individuals with a customer mindset and a desire to help people.
Enthusiasm for technical problem solving, attention to detail and solid communication skills.
Ability to learn and research in a energetic, engaging setting.
Bachelor’s, Master’s or PhD in Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science,



Natural Sciences or a related field (GPA 3.25+ is a plus).
0–2 years of work experience.
Must be a Perth resident and hold a valid visa with unrestricted working rights in Australia.
