About the Role

We’re looking for a warm, skilled, and organised Receptionist to join our team at SILK Laser Clinics Rockingham . As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a key role in creating a welcoming and seamless experience from the moment they walk through our doors.

What You’ll Do
Greet clients with warmth and professionalism
Manage bookings, appointments,



and client communications (using Zenoti )
Support clinic operations including payments, stock, and reporting
Collaborate with therapists and clinic managers to ensure smooth daily flow
Maintain a clean, organised, and welcoming reception area

What You’ll Bring
Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role (preferred)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
A proactive attitude and team-first mindset
Passion for the beauty and wellness industry
