The team at Collinsville is seeking a Medical Officer OR a Rural Generalist Medical Officer with Private Practice - Perm Full Time (80 hrs per fn). Part-time considered.

Mandatory qualifications/Qualified registration/Other requirements
Must have a FACRRM or FRACGP – RG or comparability through Competent Authority Pathway from the UK, Ireland, NZ,



USA or Canada.
At least 3 years’ post graduate experience, with highly developed clinical skills.
Documented experience of having worked in a rural environment is preferable.
Rural generalist skills as this role also entails work in the hospital’s Emergency Department and general medical wards.
Completion of the Advanced Skill in Obstetrics (or equivalent) and be proficient and eligible for credentialing by the Mackay HHS credentialing committee as a Rural Generalist with Advanced Skill in Obstetrics.
The applicant must be able to demonstrate recent clinical practice relevant to the scope of this role, consistent with the Medical Board of Australia's registration standards.
